KAFLA operates on a subscription model at $39 per month. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are subject to change with notice. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

3.4 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Services until the end of your current billing period, but you will not receive a refund for the current billing period.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration association of the jurisdiction in which KAFLA is registered.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and KAFLA regarding our Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
