  • Full participation in all live coaching sessions
  • Implementation of provided strategies and methodologies
  • Active engagement with program materials and assignments

If you fulfill these requirements and do not achieve measurable financial results, you are eligible for a full refund.

Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

  2. Include documentation of your program participation (attendance records, completed assignments)
  3. Provide evidence of strategy implementation attempts
  4. Detail the specific outcomes achieved during your participation

Processing Timeline

Refund requests are reviewed within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10-14 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Important: This policy applies to members who demonstrate genuine commitment to the program and have been in the community for 60 days. Partial participation or failure to implement provided strategies may affect refund eligibility.

KARVAAN

KARVAAN operates on a subscription-based model with distinct refund policies based on your chosen plan. Our policy structure ensures fairness while maintaining program integrity and sustainable operations.

Monthly Subscription Plan

Monthly subscriptions operate on a pay-as-you-go basis with the following terms:

  • No refunds are available for completed billing periods
  • Cancellation can be initiated at any time to prevent future charges
  • Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle
  • No cancellation fees or penalties apply

Annual Subscription Plan

Annual subscribers receive additional protection with our satisfaction guarantee:

  • Refund available within 7 calendar days of initial purchase
  • Refund amount: 11 months payment (1 month fee deducted for processing)
  • Refund eligibility requires minimal platform usage (less than 2 hours of content consumption)
  • Request must be submitted before the 7-day window expires
  • No questions asked immediate processing upon request

Refund Request Procedure

Annual subscribers wishing to request a refund must:

  1. Submit request within 7 days of purchase date
  2. Email ozairjk@kafla.vip with "KARVAAN Refund Request" as subject
  3. Include original transaction reference number
  4. Confirm minimal platform usage (system logs will be verified)

Processing and Timeline

Eligible refund requests are processed as follows:

  • Review and approval within 2-3 business days
  • Refund processing within 5-7 business days
  • Refund amount: 11 months of subscription fee (1 month deducted for administrative costs)
  • Bank processing may require additional 3-5 business days
  • Confirmation email sent upon completion

Policy Limitations: Refunds are only available for annual plans and must be requested within the specified timeframe. Promotional pricing or special offers may have modified terms that will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
